TÜV-certified frame – stable and safe
Hippo is TÜV-certified and, with its 140 cm height and a floor area of approximately 1 m², is particularly stable on any firm, level surface. A swing limiter is attached to the feet, directly underneath the hammock. The hammock is secured there with a buckle to prevent it from being rocked too vigorously, for example by older siblings.

Unser Kleiner ist so schnell eingeschlafen, nachdem ich ihn sonst immer stundenlang herumtragen musste!
ein „Ruhespender“ für die ganze Familie!
Wir haben uns für unseren zweiten Knirps dieses stylische Set gekauft und sind alle sehr happy damit.
Er ist jetzt 3 Monate alt und war ein ziemliches Schreikind, so dass ich ihn kaum ablegen konnte. Meine Hebamme hat mir dann die Kangoo empfohlen und so konnte ich endlich mal für ein Paar Stunden ablegen.
Durch das Schaukeln ist er dann ziemlich schnell eingeschlafen und ich konnte mich auch mal hinlegen.
Diese passende Decke hatten wir auch noch dazu bestellt. Als es noch nicht so heiß war, war es dann für ihn so kuschelig wie in Mamas Bauch. Jetzt wo er etwas größer ist legen wir die Decke in die unten eingenähte Tasche. So hat er’s schön weich aber es ist dann nicht so warm.
Auch der große Bruder kann die Hängematte mal schaukeln oder beim Kleinen reinschauen, ohne dass ich Angst haben muss, dass er „rauskippt“.
Dafür gibt’s einige Sicherheitsvorrichtungen. Die Hängematte ist mit einem Schnürchen unten am Gestell befestigt und das Baby ist ja auch noch mit einem Höschen angeschnallt.
Was ich schade finde, ist, dass man das Gestell nicht „rollen“ kann. Es ist zwar relativ leicht – so dass man es im Prinzip in verschiedene Zimmer schieben kann, aber mit eine Rollvorrichtung wäre es noch bequemer!
Und eine größere Farbauswahl wäre schön. Da unsere Kinderzimmermöbel weiß sind, hätte ich mir auch beim Gestell diese Möglichkeit gewünscht.
Aber alles in allem ein „Ruhespender“ für die ganze Familie! ;-)
